Funeral services will be held for Ja’Kyron James West, four, of Sulphur, at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Ville Platte at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, March 29. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
West died Wednesday, March 19, 2014, in Lake Charles.
Survivors include his parents, Jasmine Williams and Jessie West Jr. of Sulphur; one brother, Jayceon West of Sulphur; and his grandparents, Felicia Williams of Sulphur, Brenda West of Opelousas and Triviskiey Ardoin and Jessie J. West Sr., both of Ville Platte.
Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Ville Platte will be in charge of arrangements.
