Judy Ann Aguillard Moore

BATON ROUGE - A celebration of life ceremony will be held for Judy Ann Aguillard Moore, 65, of Baton Rouge, at Istrouma Baptist Church in Baton Rouge at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 17. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. in the worship center with a reception to follow in the Istrouma Student Center.
Mrs. Moore died Sunday, January 11, 2015, at her residence. She was born on May 16, 1949, in Ville Platte. She was a graduate of Bunkie High School, and she received a B.A. degree from Louisiana College and a Master of Social Work degree from LSU-Baton Rouge. She was a licensed clinical social worker who was passionately involved in her career through a variety of direct practice and administrative positions. She was a long-time employee of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals in various capacities.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Paul K. Moore of Baton Rouge; her god-daughter, Brandi Dodge Soileau of Carencro; and one sister, Patsy Aguillard Stagg of Lake Charles.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Turley and Ollie Vidrine Aguillard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank or Hospice of Baton Rouge.
Rev. Jeff Ginn will officiate.
Rabenhorst Funeral Home of Baton Rouge will be in charge of arrangements.
