VILLE PLATTE-Funeral services for Kerry Bellard, 47, will be held on Saturday March 18, 2017, at 8 a.m. with the visitation beginning at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Baptist Church in Plaisance. Burial will be in St. Mark Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Jason Rubin will conduct the funeral ceremony.
Bellard passed away Friday, March 10, 2017, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette.
Cherishing her memory will be her husband, Rolton Bellard, Sr., of Ville Platte; two daughters, Lastayshia Rubin, of New Iberia, and Felicia Bellard, of Houston, Texas; three sons, Jeffery Rubin and Javonski Bellard, both of Ville Platte, and Rolton Bellard, Jr., of Houston, Texas; five sisters, Jessie Rubin, Linda Rubin Pete, Brenda Rubin Moton, Jennifer Thomas and Jenella Rubin William, of Ville Platte; four brothers, Raymond Rubin, of Atlanta, Georgia, James Rubin, of Plaisance, Michael Rubin, of Ville Platte, and Rev. Jason Rubin, of Sunset; 16 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
