Funeral services will be held for infant Lane Michael Rodriguez at the LaVille Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, January 25. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery.
The Rodriguez infant died Thursday, January 23, 2014.
Survivors include his parents, Dr. Oscar and Amanda Rodriguez Jr. of New Orleans; two sisters, Lena Rodriguez and Joanna Rodriguez of New Orleans; his paternal grandparents, Dr. Oscar and Angie Rodriguez Sr. of Vidrine; and his maternal grandparents Scott and Rhonda Soileau of Ville Platte.
