Lou Ella Faulk

MAMOU - Funeral services were held for Lou Ella Faulk, 84, of Mamou, at the Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 14. Burial followed in the Ashford Cemetery in Eunice.
A loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Ms. Faulk died Sunday, October 12, 2014.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Faulk Fontenot of Mamou and Dee Dee Faulk Eues and her husband, Russell, of Reddell; two sons, Steve Faulk and his wife, Janet, and Keith Faulk and his wife, Christine, all of Morgan City; one sister, Chris Phelps and her husband, Kirby, of Baton Rouge; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Thomas and Lena Fruge; her husband, Bernard Faulk; one son, Timothy Faulk; one son-in-law, Morris Fontenot; three brothers, Melvin, Furnell and Silton Fruge; and one sister, Lassie Fontenot.
Pastor David Plunkett officiated.
