GRAND PRAIRIE - Funeral services were held for Mary Darnell McGoldrick, 75, of Lafayette, at the Delhomme Funeral Home Chapel in Lafayette at 1 p.m., Friday, January 31. Burial followed in the St. Peter Cemetery in Grand Prairie.
Ms. McGoldrick died Friday, January 24, 2014, at her residence.
Survivors include four daughters, Debbie Manuel, Donna Fontenot, Linda LeBlanc and Bobbie Pisauro; one son, Shawn McGoldrick; two sisters, Dot Loparo and Jenny Tucker; one brother, Joseph Hue Ortego; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert Ortego and Lydie Vidrine Ortego; her husband, Bob McGoldrick; her granddaughter, Brooke McGoldrick; daughter-in-law, Penny McGoldrick; and siblings, Essie Lafleur, Laura Schazle, Vera Wimberly and Burke Ortego.
Pall bearers were Shawn McGoldrick, Dan Pisauro, Chad Credeur, Trent McGoldrick, Levi Greene, Robert Hiles, Ronney Hiles and Brent Goudeau.
Rev. Ken Brown officiated.
