Mary Juanita Veillon Ledoux

Funeral services were held for Mary Juanita Veillon Ledoux, 69, of Ville Platte, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 15. Burial followed in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery.
Ms. Ledoux died Monday, March 14, 2016, at Vermillion Health Care in Kaplan. She enjoyed sewing, baking and traveling.
Survivors include one daughter, Alena Ledoux Gaspard of Forked Island; one son, Patrick Ledoux of Ville Platte; two sisters, Beverly Vidrine and her husband, Wayne, and Charlene Matte and her husband, Ray, all of Ville Platte; two grandchildren, Kylie and Audrey Gaspard; one great-grandson, Cooper Bellon; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Abraham and Audrey Soileau Veillon; and one brother, James Stafford Veillon.
