Perry Lee Fontenot

August 7, 1934 - April 23, 2015
Funeral services will be held for Perry Lee Fontenot, 80, of Ville Platte, at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 4 p.m., Saturday, April 25. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery.
A loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend, Mr. Fontenot died Thursday, April 23, 2015.
Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years, Geraldine Brunet Fontenot of Ville Platte; his children, Joan Fusilier and her husband, Rudy, of Reddell, Ralph Fontenot, Lonnie Fontenot and Whitney Fontenot, all of Ville Platte, and Frances Manuel of New Iberia; one brother, J.C. Fontenot of New Roads; and two sisters, Maxine Hukill and Romona Prejean and her husband, Jimmy, all of Ville Platte. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his 10 grandchildren, Jacob Fusilier, Benjamin Fusilier, Lauren Fusilier, Kelsey Fusilier, Steven Fontenot, Justin Fontenot, Megan Manuel, Journey Manuel, Garret Fontenot and Quintin Catoire; and his eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Iris Fontenot.
Deacon Gene LeBouef will officiate.
