Quinten Paul Fontenot

Funeral services will be held for Quinten Paul Fontenot, 25, of Ville Platte, at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 5. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Fontenot died Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at Lafayette General Medical Center. He was a care free and helping soul who loved to have fun and was everyone’s best friend. He was loved by all who knew him and with heavy hearts he truly will be missed.
Survivors include his father, Steven Fontenot of Ville Platte; his mother, Monica Piner and her husband, Mark, of Omaha, Nebraska; two brothers, Roman and Jeremy Piner of Omaha, Nebraska; one half-brother, Jared Leger of Turkey Creek; two sisters, Kaitlyn Fontenot of Ville Platte and Courtney Noel of Church Point; his maternal grandmother, Elaine Turner of Hessmer; his paternal grandmother, Glenda Gayle Fontenot of Ville Platte; and his maternal grandmother-in-law, Lou Piner of Omaha, Nebraska. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and two god-children, Kathryn and Brantley.
Father Tom Voorhies will officiate.
