FAUBOURG - Funeral services were held for Sydney Denae’ Soileau, 14, of Faubourg, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Grand Prairie at 12 noon, Saturday, April 11. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Miss Soileau died Wednesday, April 8, 2015.
Survivors include her parents, Chad and Chelsie Soileau of Faubourg and Wendy Manuel of Eunice; one brother, Wesley Rollins of Vidrine; four sisters Carleigh Brooke Soileau and Ainsley Soileau, both of Faubourg, Shelby Grace Thomas of Opelousas and Rylee Elise Rollins of Vidrine; her grandparents, Patrick and Debra “Pete” Manuel and Ricky and Michelle Soileau, all of Faubourg, Sophia Guillory of Ville Platte and Kyle Veillon of Vidrine; and her great-grandparents, Francis and Charlene Soileau and Donald and Germaine Manuel, all of Faubourg, and Willis and Flora Nell Fontenot of Ville Platte.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Murray and Leta Ferguson.
