TURKEY CREEK - Funeral services will be held for Tesla Fontenot Laborde, 52, of Turkey Creek, at the Turkey Creek Church of Christ at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 19. Burial will follow in the Turkey Creek Cemetery.
A loving wife, mother, daughter and sister, Mrs. Laborde died Monday, November 17, 2014.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 28 years, Dave J. Laborde Jr. of Turkey Creek; and their only son, Evan Laborde of Bayou Chicot. Also left behind to mourn are her parents, Dillard and Doris Messer Fontenot of Turkey Creek; and her two brothers, Michael K. Fontenot of Turkey Creek and Eugene Mark Fontenot and his wife, Sherry, of Thibodaux.
Rev. Jamie Roberts will officiate.
