Viola Fontenot

PINE PRAIRIE - Funeral services were held for Viola Fontenot, 93, of Temple, Texas, at the Rush Funeral Home Chapel in Pine Prairie at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 23. Burial followed in the St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Ms. Fontenot died Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at her residence.
Survivors include one daughter, Marie Patureau and her husband, Kent, of Temple, Texas; three grandchildren, Karen Campbell, Michelle Frazier and Mitchell Patureau; and three great-grandchildren, Alyssa Frazier, Adam Frazier and Mackenzie Patureau.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Regile and Eurage Savant; her husband, Edmond Fontenot; and six brothers and sisters.
Deacon Gary Gaudin officiated.
