Winnie Daire Deville

Funeral services were held for Winnie Daire Deville, 79, of Ville Platte, at the Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte at 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 11. Burial followed in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery.
A loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Mrs. Deville died Monday, March 9, 2015.
Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer Johnson and her husband, Nick, of Basile; one brother, Ernest Fontenot of Pine Prairie; one sister, Verline Daire of Mountain Home, Idaho; and five grandchildren, Logan, Maegan, Raegan, Conner and Trae’.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Deville; her parents, Aubin and Elma Daire; two brothers; and two sisters.
Father Brian Harrington officiated.
