Perry, Habetz announce engagement

Avril Marie Perry and Vandon Joseph Habetz, both of Lafayette, will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, April 5, during an 11 a.m. nuptial mass in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lafayette.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Todd Alexander Perry and the late Ava Foco Perry of Lafayette.

Avril is a graduate of Lafayette High School, University of Louisiana at Lafayette and University of New Orleans with a masters of business administration in finance. She is currently employed with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network of Louisiana in New Orleans.

The prospective groom is the son of Harold Habetz and Priscilla Savoie Habetz of Lafayette.

Vandon is a graduate of Acadiana High School and Louisiana State University. He is currently attending LSU Medical School in New Orleans.

After the wedding the couple will reside in New Orleans.
