Rain washes out American Legion games

The heavy rains combined with the already drenched fields from Wednesday washed out Thursday's American Legion baseball games.

The games have been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Monday with the Eunice Blue Jays hosting the Opelousas Indians at North Park and the Eunice Oilers visiting the Opelousas Seminoles at Westminster Christian Academy's field.
