The St. Martin Parish Community Action Council is seeking representatives from the following "target areas": St. Martinville-Ledoux, Catahoula-Coteau Holmes, Arnaudville-Cecilia-Henderson, and Parks-Cypress Island-Grand Wood-Ol-Loge.
