Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Stelly of Carencro announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tracy Lynn Stelly, to Wayne Joseph Flores Jr. on Saturday, April 19, 2008, during a 6 p.m. ceremony at L’Eglise in Abbeville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Joseph O. and Laura Stelly of Carencro and Melvin Stelly of Arnaudville and the late Zula Stelly. She is a graduate of Carencro High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is employed by the Louisiana Office of Youth Development. The groom-elect is the son of Wayne and Mabel Flores of St. Martinville. He is a graduate of St. Martinville Sr. High School and is employed by Superior Derricks in Parks.
