Ville Platte Police Department reports 16 arrests

The Ville Platte Police Department reported 16 arrests recently.

Arrested were the following:

•Lincoln Vidrine, 55, 601 Trailer #1, W. Jackson St., Ville Platte, was charged August 19, with theft of utilities. Vidrine was released on a $500 bond.

•Quincy Cheneverte, no age given, 6683 Highway 10, Ville Platte, was charged August 25, with disturbing the peace, remaining after being forbidden and loitering. Cheneverte remained incarcerated on a $1,650 bond.

•Angelika Fontenot, 25, 607 N. Dupre St., Ville Platte, was charged August 25, with criminal damage to property. Fontenot remained incarcerated on a $700 bond.

•Stephanie Johnson, 43, 4137 Vidrine St., Ville Platte, was charged August 25, with theft of goods. Johnson was released on a $700 bond.

•Melinda Lafleur, 25, 601 Laran St., Ville Platte, was charged August 19, with disturbing the peace by intoxication and resisting an officer. Lafleur was released on a $950 bond.

•Heather Jacob, 26, 803 N. Soileau St., Ville Platte, was charged August 24, with theft of goods. Jacob was released on a $500 bond.

•Heather Charlie, 17, 316 E. Beech St., Ville Platte, was charged August 23, with disturbing the peace. Charlie was released on a $200 bond.

•Silvia Hawkins, 31, 813 Reed St., Ville Platte, was charged August 21, with possession of stolen things, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Hawkins was released on a $1,500 bond.

•Lonfel Richard, 34, 1835 State Ave., Ville Platte, was charged with theft of goods. Richard was released on a $500 bond.

•Daniel Guillory, 27, 1491 PZ Road, Ville Platte, was charged August 20, with no insurance and improper use of a temp tag. Guillory was released on a $450 bond.

•Phillip Gallow, 32, 300 Jacob Road, Ville Platte, was charged August 24, with domestic abuse battery. Gallow was released on a $1,000 bond.

•Douglas McKey, 50, 1101 Trailer #9, W. LaSalle St., Ville Platte, was charged August 26, with theft of utilities. McKey was released on a $500 bond.

•Bob Dupre, 56, 606 E. LaSalle St., Ville Platte, was charged August 26, with domestic abuse battery. Dupre was released on a $1,000 bond.

•Debbie Veillon, 31, 606 E. LaSalle St., Ville Platte, was charged August 27, with domestic abuse battery. Veillon was released on a $1,000 bond.

•Travis Morgan, 23, 3197 U.S. Highway 167 North, Ville Platte, was charged August 21, with driving left of center, no driver’s license and possession of marijuana. Morgan was released on a $2,900 bond.

•Suzanne Wilson, 35, 127 E. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was charged August 28, with resisting an officer (two counts), failure to use signal (two counts), no license plate, disobeying a stop sign, misrepresentation during booking, battery on an officer (two counts), no headlights, flight from an officer and failure to register vehicle. Wilson was released on a $5,650 bond.
