Mr. Brignac, Miss Breaux plan February nuptials

The engagement of Miss Tabitha Sue Breaux to Mr. Louis Clay Brignac, the son of Dwayne and Tina Brignac of Whiteville, has been announced by her parents, Sue Watson of Ville Platte and Todd Breaux of Opelousas.
The couple will exchange vows Friday, February 6, 2015, during a 6 p.m. ceremony at The Chapel of the Resurrection in Whiteville.
Miss Breaux, whose mother is the former Sue Thrasher of Ville Platte, is the granddaughter of Thomas and Brenda Thrasher and Nolan and Patricia Breaux.
After graduating from high school in 2008, she is currently pursuing a degree in education at LSU-Eunice.
Mr. Brignac’s mother is the former Tina LaTour of Ville Platte. He is the grandson of Lorraine LaTour, the late Garic LaTour and the late Everton and Mildred Brignac.
A 2001 graduate of Sacred Heart High School, he received a degree in agribusiness from McNeese State University in Lake Charles in 2006. He is currently self-employed as a crop consultant and farmer.
