Mr. Ortego, Miss Tate plan June nuptials

The engagement of Miss Bailey Sis Tate to Mr. Paul Edward “Eddie” Ortego II, the son of Paul and Sandy Ortego of Vidrine, has been announced by her parents, M. Willis and Katie Rivers Lanclos and Mitch Tate, all of Ville Platte.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Saturday, June 4, 2016, during a 6 p.m. ceremony at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte.
Miss Tate, whose mother is the former Katie Rivers of Ville Platte, is the granddaughter of Clarence Rivers, the late Willa Marie “Sis” Rivers, Gloria Tate and the late George Tate.
A graduate of Sacred Heart High School, she currently pursuing a degree in nursing at McNeese State University in Lake Charles.
Mr. Ortego’s mother is the former Sandy LaHaye of Vidrine. He is the grandson of Janie LaHaye, the late Glenn LaHaye, Patsy Ortego and the late Sidney Ortego.
A graduate of Sacred Heart High School, he is currently pursuing a degree in construction management at McNeese State University in Lake Charles.
