VP City Court issues bench warrants for March and April

The following individuals failed to appear in the Ville Platte City Court. Bench warrants have been issued by Judge Donald J. Launey Jr./Jonathan C. Vidrine, pro tem, for these individuals for their failure to appear in court on traffic tickets and other misdemeanor charges for the months of March and April 2013.

•Carlton Ardoin, 716 Martin Luther King Drive, Ville Platte, was charged with open container law, disturbing the peace while intoxicated and foot traffic/reflective gear.

•Tron Arvie, 7 E. Jefferson St., Ville Platte, was charged with expired inspection sticker and foot traffic/reflective gear.

•Antwan McKoy, 124 E. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was charged with driving under suspension.

•Adam Weston, 519 S. Stagg St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace while intoxicated.

•Lashanee Ardoin, 716 Martin Luther King Drive, Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace while intoxicated.

•Rentis Ardoin, 217 Jefferson St., Ville Platte, was charged with burnt taillight.

•Angelika Fontenot, 611 N. Fontenot St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace while intoxicated.

•Octavie Fontenot, 102 Ash St., Ville Platte, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear.

•Paul Fontenot, 1904 Dorville St., Mamou, was charged with disobeying a stop sign.

•Samuel Fontenot, 630 Rozas St., Ville Platte, was charged with loitering.

•Shane Fontenot, 1826 Rider Road, Ville Platte, was charged with theft of goods.

•Skaundrey Herbert, 711 Rozas St., Ville Platte, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear.

•Damian Nelson, 1110 N. Chataignier St., Apt. 8, Ville Platte, was charged with resisting arrest by flight (three counts).

•Seamona Thomas, 802 N. Dupre St., Apt. 33, Ville Platte, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

•Brittany Dixon, 511 Vidrine St., Ville Platte, was charged with expired license plate, no proof of insurance and stop, stand parking prohibited place.

•Rickey Fontenot, 114 E. Pine St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.

•James Frank, 612 E. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace while intoxicated and resisting arrest by flight (three counts).

•Steveninski Frank, 605 Laran St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace and remaining after being forbidden.

•Ricky Joseph, 1211 W. Hickory St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.

•Gerald Tezeno, 513 N.E. Railroad, Ville Platte, was charged with driving under suspension.

•Wilda Thomas, 720 Calcasieu St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.

•Niechelle Williams, 160 Gilmore Road, Trailer 5, Lake Charles, was charged with theft of goods.

•Kevin Wilson, 201 Third St., Mamou, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear.

•Gerry Wright, 406 Melder Road, Glenmora, was charged with no insurance.

•Jakenzy Ardoin, 724 Calcasieu St., Ville Platte, was charged with theft of utilities.

•Martin Bias, 1111 W. Hickory St., Ville Platte, was charged with battery, foot traffic/reflective gear and disturbing the peace while intoxicated.

•Casey Faul, 319 E. Pine St., Ville Platte, was charged with DWI (first offense).

•Lionel Narcisse, 309 W. DeSota St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.

•Nicollette Thomas, 1222 W. Cypress St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace by fighting.

•Monique West, 934 S. Chataignier St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.

•Reniski Fontenot, 239 Lithcote Road, Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.

•Dustin Guillory, 1491 PZ Road, Ville Platte, was charged with open container law, unlawful possession of alcohol and no seat belt.

•Savannah Maricle, 1984 Lanse Aux Pailles Road, Ville Platte, was charged with driving under suspension, careless operation, resisting arrest by flight and hit and run.

•James Marshall, 1073 Ferrell Cove Road, Ville Platte, was charged with failing to use turning signal, no seat belt and open container law.

•Jessie Thomas, 605 Rozas St., Ville Platte, was charged with no driver’s license.

•Monique West, 934 S. Chataignier St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.

•Fletcher Wilson, 4309 Vidrine Road, Ville Platte, was charged with driving under suspension and open container law.

•James Ardoin, 1177 Rollins Road, Ville Platte, was charged with disobeying a stop sign and failing to use a turn signal.

•Jamie Ardoin, 715 Highway 748, Washington, was charged with speeding (11-15 mph over).

•Callon Arvie, 139 N. Richter, Lafayette, was charged with hit and run.

•Nicholas Chapman, 904 S. Chataignier St., Ville Platte, was charged with domestic abuse battery.

•Shirley Jack, 6484 Pine Point Road, Ville Platte, was charged with no child restraint and failure to yield right of way.

•Reginald Lafleur, 312 N. Latour St., Ville Platte, was charged with domestic abuse battery.

•Mikie Attle, 1123 N. Chataignier St., Apt. 5, Ville Platte, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

•Anthony Bias, 1013 Fifth St., Ville Platte, was charged with resisting arrest and resisting arrest by flight.

•Jamie Brown, 105 E. Jefferson St., Ville Platte, was charged with curfew violation and disturbing the peace.

•Nikita Thomas, 806 N. Latour St., Apt. 30, Ville Platte, was charged with resisting arrest by flight.

•Kristina Bias, 108 W. Oak St., Ville Platte, was charged with theft of utilities.

•Nicholas Chapman, 904 S. Chataignier St., Ville Platte, was charged with interfering with the duties of a police officer.

•Christina Smith, 934 Madison St., Opelousas, was charged with criminal damage (two counts) and disturbing the peace by fighting.

•Fatima Vidrine, 1588 W. Magnolia St., Eunice, was charged with theft.

•Ebony Washington, 705 N. Thompson St., Apt. 7, Ville Platte, was charged with theft of goods and disturbing the peace by fighting.

•Sheba Williams, 1150 Rozas St., Ville Platte, was charged with issuing a worthless check, theft (two counts), disturbing the peace and no driver’s license in possession.

•Sedrick Allison, 1158 Three Sisters Road, Ville Platte, was charged with driving left of center, possession of marijuana and no driver’s license.

•Trego Jacko, 1110 Verna St., Apt. 207, Ville Platte, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Vashone Malbrew, 2146 Babe St., Opelousas, was charged with disturbing the peace by loud music, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
