The following individuals failed to appear in the Ville Platte City Court. Bench warrants have been issued by Judge Gregory Vidrine, for these individuals, for their failure to appear in court on traffic tickets and other misdemeanor charges for the months of December, 2015.

On the evening of November 19, 2015, at approximately 8:55 p.m., an Evangeline Parish Deputy Sheriff attempted to stop a vehicle on U.S. 167 due to excessive speed in a 45 MPH.

The manhunt for Brandon Messer has come to an end.
Messer, who had been on the run since Thursday, August 20, turned himself in to Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office late on Monday, August 24.
