Mamou police report five recent arrests

The Mamou Police Department reported five recent bookings into the town jail.
Arrested were the following persons:
•Anthony Collins, 19, 817 Fourth St., Mamou, was charged July 28, with felony carnal knowledge. Collins was transferred to the parish jail.
•Brian Keith Roberts, 35, 902 East St., Mamou, was charged July 29, with misuse/tampering of a temporary tag, failure to change registration and loud music. Roberts was released August 1, for time served.
•Brian Keith Roberts, 35, 902 East St., Mamou, was charged August 5, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Roberts bonded out of jail the same day.
•Byron Connor, 821 Fifth St., Mamou, was charged August 6, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Connor remained in jail at press time.
•Othello Collins, 18, 1200 Fourth St., Mamou, was charged August 7, with disturbing the peace in a violent manner and flight from an officer. Collins bonded out of jail the same day.
