Sherrif's office reports seven recent arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported seven recent bookings into the parish jail.
Arrested were the following persons:
•Hilda Mary Abraham, age unknown, 512 East Long St., Ville Platte, was charged November 12, with aggravated second degree battery. Abraham was released from jail on a $20,000 bond.
•Patrick Thomas, 32, 1109 Sixth St., Mamou, was charged November 12, with theft of goods over $500. Thomas was being held in jail on a $2,500 bond at press time.
•Marie K. Lamb, 21, 1096 Acadian Drive, Mamou, was charged November 12, with introducing contraband into a penal institution. Lamb was being held in jail on a $18,000 bond at press time.
•Dustin Sidwell, 27, 1100 Main St., Apt. 156, Mamou, was charged November 12, with simple burglary of a motor vehicle. Sidwell was released from jail on a $12,000 bond.
•Ronald Dale Clark, 3195 Turkey Creek Highway, Ville Platte, was charged November 13, with aggravated battery. Clark was released from jail on a $8,000 bond.
•Rosanna Serie, 50, 115 W. Jefferson St., Ville Platte, was charged November 14, with aggravated second degree battery. Serie was released from jail on a $20,0000 bond.
•Zachary Will, 20, 403 N. 12th St., Oakdale, was charged November 18, with theft and forgery. Will was being held in jail on a $12,500 bond at press time.
