Ville Platte Police Department reports six recent arrests

The Ville Platte Police Department reported six arrests recently.
Arrested were the following:
•Ricky Jack, 39, 708 Young St., Ville Platte, was charged June 21, with simple battery. Jack remained incarcerated on a $500 bond.
•Dewayne West, 41, 713 Rozas St., Ville Platte, was charged June 16, with public intoxication, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest (two counts) and misrepresentation during booking. West remained incarcerated on a $2,100 bond.
•Elaine Thomas, 47, 1535 Blake St., Ville Platte, was charged June 19, with disturbing the peace, resisting an officer and threatening an officer. Thomas was released on a $1,450 bond.
•Michael Harris, 30, 520 Bragg St., Pineville, was charged June 21, with disturbing the peace by loud music. Harris was released on a $500 bond.
•Robeline Denton, 45, 1186 N. Chataignier St., #20, Ville Platte, was charged June 17, with disturbing the peace by loud music. Denton was released on a $250 bond.
•Devin Elter, 20, 320 William St., Ville Platte, was charged June 20, with remaining after being forbidden. Elter was released on a $1,000 bond.
