The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold P. Leleux, Jr. of Rayne, and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. Lyle DeBellevue and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold P. Leleux, Sr.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Beadle, Sr. of Flower Mound, Texas. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Reilly, and Patricia Beadle and the late Edward Beadle.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a shell-colored Dupioni silk wedding gown with ruched waistline and soft tucking on the A-lined skirt, extending to the self train. The strapless bodice featured a modified sweetheart neckline covered with ivory Alancon lace. Her finger-tip veil of oyster silk illusion was noted with a rolled hem of shell pink. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of stephanotis, white hydrangea, blush roses and white stock gathered with a blush ribbon.

Traditional items selected by the bride for her wedding day included her paternal grandmother’s rosary in her bouquet as something old; pearl drop earrings, a gift from her parents for her wedding day, as something new; a line handkerchief of her maternal grandmother as something borrowed; and her garter as something blue.

The bride was attended by her matron of honor, Kasey Habetz Patin, and her maid of honor, Melissa Gayle Semar. Other attendants included her niece, Jordan Ruth Leleux; the groom’s sister, Jacqueline Ann Beadle; and friends Erin Shea Zaunbrecher, Alexis Claire Wingate and Leah Fruge Lowry.

Attendants each wore a full-length dress of crinckled slate-blue silk featuring a ruffled, cross-over bodice and waist sash. Each carried a mixed hand-tied bouquet of stephanotis, blue hydrangea and blush open roses.

Jillian Helene Leleux, the bride’s niece, served as flower girl. She wore an ivory Dupioni silk dress with pin-tucked inset at the waist and carried a small mixed bouquet of stephanotis, blush roses, white hydrangea and stock.

The groom’s best man was Bratton Holmes. His other attendants were Ben Leleux, the bride’s brother; and friends Jon Ida, Ashley Chan, Alex LaRoche, Mac Gwin and David Louw.

Ushering guests were Chris Najberg, Geoff Lilienfield, Sean Doyle and Brandon Cole.

Male attendants each wore a formal black tuxedo with gray vest and necktie. The lapel was noted with a white stephanotis boutonniere.

Ring bearer was Price Jacob Myers, the bride’s cousin. He wore long, linen pants with a seersucker vest over a white shirt.

Readers for the wedding ceremony were Susan Minnick and Katie V. Sarsfield, friends of the bride, and Jean Race, the groom’s aunt.

Musical selections were provided by organist Alberta Lyons, trumpeter Will Green and flutist Jody Covarik, along with vocalist Gerard Lancon.

Immediately following the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds were honored during a reception held at the River Oaks Event Center in Lafayette.

Against a backdrop of musical selections provided by Louisiana Red Band, guests registered from numerous points of Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, North Caroline, Rhode Island and California.

Among the freshments provided for the guests was the bride’s cake, a four-tiered confection of dotted Swiss buttercream icing with sheer blue ribbon gathered around each tier and topped with a mixed bouquet.
