PINE PRAIRIE -- The last two seasons, the Pine Prairie Panthers have made school history by putting together back-to-back three win seasons.

Trojans drop first game of series in regional playoffs

LAPLACE -- It did not go well for the Sacred Heart Trojan baseball team Friday afternoon, as they dropped the first game of a best two out of three series to the St. Charles Comets in the regional round of the Division III playoffs by the score of 10-0.

SULPHUR -- The Pine Prairie Lady Panthers inched one step closer to a Class 3A state softball title after defeating the Winnfield Lady Tigers 7-2 in the quarterfinals of the LHSAA State Softball Tournament here Friday afternoon.
