Heritage Manor News: Fall has arrived

Fall leaves and pumpkin come to mind as the air begins to cool and fall weather really sets in. A new season brings about fresh ideas for outside things to do. Planting a fall garden in our dementia unit is always a favorite activity for the residents. The therapy department enjoys working outdoors with them on the pavilion at this time of the year. Also, a cookout here and there is always a treat enjoyed by all.
This month, we have several exciting activities to look forward to, including a pizza party, wildlife cookout, absentee voting, ride in the park, barbecue cookout, pink dress up day, Cotton Festival events, ceramic class at Village de Memoire, bingo blowout in Lafayette and Halloween celebration.
The staff of Heritage Manor welcomes Mezzit Robert to the facility.
