Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office lists 11 recent arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 11 bookings recently in the parish jail.

Arrested were the following:

•Kevin Paul Fontenot, 23, 1526 Walnut St., Pine Prairie, was charged September 6, with DWI (first offense), simple obstruction and open container. Fontenot was being held in jail on a $1,301.50 bond.

•Bryan Keith Bordelon, 43, 1030 Jasmine Lane, Ville Platte, was charged September 5, with simple assault. Bordelon was released from jail on a $2,500 bond.

•Scott Phillip Fuselier 42, 271 Theophile Rd., Ville Platte, was charged September 7, with criminal trespass and vagrancy. Fuselier was being held in jail on a $7,500 bond.

•Casey John Fontenot, 20, 1116 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged September 8, with aggravated second degree battery, aggravated battery, aggravated assault and simple damage to property. Fontenot was being held in jail on a $10,000 bond.

•Monica Nicole Jackson, 29, 2321 Josephine St., New Orleans, was charged September 8, with theft by shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was being held in jail on a $1,000 bond.

•Scott Laurnet Robert, 38, 2317 Albert St., Alexandria, was charged September 9, with possession with intent to distribute oxycodone. Robert was being held in jail on a $15,000 bond.

•Anthony James Bias, 32, 1013 Fifth St., Mamou, was charged September 9, with resisting arrest and resisting arrest by force and violence. Bias was being held in jail on a $2,500 bond.

•Kerry Kim Moreau, 53, 1102 Bearcat Road, Basile, was charged September 10, with distribution of Schedule V, distribution of Schedule III and distribution in a drug free zone (two counts). Moreau was being held in jail on a $15,000 bond.

•Kathy L. Longino, 51, 1749 Hickory St., Pine Prairie, was charged September 10, with disturbing the peace and simple battery. Longino was released from jail on a $1,500 bond.

•William Patrick Ray, 37, 1317 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged September 10, with simple assault. Ray was released from jail on a $1,000 bond.

•Brityn Seth Arnaud, 20, 2418 Dr. Bobby Deshotel Ave., Basile, was charged September 10, with disturbing the peace, resisting an officer by flight and public intoxication. Arnaud was being held in jail on a $5,000 bond.
