IN MEMORY OF JONAS LEGRAND — Family and friends rode a colorful float in memory of LeGrand, who was killed in an automobile accident. They won honorable mention in the float contest.

THROW ME SOMETHING MISTER —The Town of Henderson held its annual Mardi Gras parade down Henderson Hwy. Sunday, Feb. 3.
Jolie, the four-year-old rat terrier belonging to Nellie Guidry of Breaux Bridge, participated in the 62nd Rotary Club Mardi Gras Ball held Jan. 26. Jolie played the part of the spider in a costume designed and made by Guidry.
