Catoire celebrates 97th birthday

Ms. Lisa Deshotel Catorie of Mamou celebrated her 97th birthday on Thursday, December 19, 2013, with five generations of her family by her side. She is the mother of Reston and Derryl Deshotel of Mamou and the late Ferryl and Rodney Deshotel. As she blew out her candles, she said, “I wish for 97 more years; Ha ha! No! Just kidding.”
