Brady Paul Hudspeth

BELAIRE COVE - Funeral services were held for Brady Paul Hudspeth, 37, native of Ville Platte and resident of Lafayette, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 10 a.m., today, May 7. Burial followed in the Belaire Cove Cemetery.
A loving father, son, brother and grandson, Mr. Hudspeth died Sunday, May 4, 2014, at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport. He graduated from Sacred Heart High School and Louisiana State University, where he earned a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling.
Survivors include his precious son, Colin Hudspeth of New Orleans; his devoted parents, Roy and Peggy Hudspeth of Ville Platte; and his brothers, Lucas Hudspeth and Jacob Hudspeth, both of Ville Platte. His memory will forever remain in the heart of his special friend and companion, Lacey Olivier. Also left behind to mourn are his grandparents, Earlis and Shirley Vidrine and Lena Mae Williams, all of Ville Platte; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert “Bob” Williams.
Father Richard Vidrine officiated.
