Funeral services were held recently for Richard Veillon, 68, of Mamou and Georgia. Burial with military honors followed in the Georgia National Cemetery on Friday, December 4.
Mr. Veillon died Saturday, November 28, 2015, in Georgia.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Verona M. Veillon; one son, Jeremiah Veillon and his wife, Melissa; four grandchildren, David, Michah, Malachi and Daniel Veillon; one sister, Annette Lafleur and her husband, Charles; one niece, Lacey; and one great-nephew, Zain.
