EPSO Arrest Reports

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 27 recent bookings into the city jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Randall Pierre Courville, 44, 1050 Mardi Gras Lane, Mamou, was arrested on January 31, 2016 for domestic abuse battery. Courville’s bond was set at $5,000 and he made bail.
•Charity Rena Fontenot, 36, 512 2nd Street, Mamou, was arrested on February 4, 2016 for possession of schedule I (CDS) felony, possession of schedule II (CDS) felony and prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia.
•Larissa A. Randle, 34, 1046 Louisa Drive, Ville Platte, was arrested on February 4, 2016 for aggravated assault, resisting and officer, flight from an officer, and aggravated flight from an officer. Randle was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Brian Gradney, 31, 1073 Louise Lane, Mamou, was arrested on February 5, 2016 for aggravated rape. Gradney’s bond was set at $350,000.00.
•Tanner Fontenot, 26, 203 Reed St., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 5, 2016 for possession of a schedule I with the intent to distribute, and distribute/manufacture or possession with intent of schedule II controlled dangerous substance (CDS). Fontenot’s bond was set at $50,000.00.
•Joshua P. Deshotel, 44, 1430 5th St., Pine Prairie, was arrested on February 5, 2016 for disturbing the peace, resisting an officer, possession of a schedule I, possession of a schedule I (crack), possession of a schedule II (hydrocodone), possession of drug paraphernalia. Deshotel was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Ray A. Soileau, 51, 1213 9th St., Mamou, was arrested on February 5, 2016 for aggravated battery. Soileau’s bond was set at $50,000.00.
•Brylee C. Richmond, 17, 4924 Opelousas Drive, Lake Charles, was arrested on February 5, 2016 for possession of marijuana. Richmond was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
•Jonathan T. Ledoux, 32, 1038 Rougeau Lane, Mamou, was arrested on February 7, 2016 for driving under suspension, unrestrained child, and no driver’s license in possession. Ledoux was released from jail on a $2,500.00 bond.
•David P. Fruge, 31, 4464 Heritage Rd., Pine Prairie, was arrested on February 7, 2016 for domestic abuse and resisting an officer. Fruge was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Brandon P. Fontenot, 31, 1234 Felix Soileau Loop, Ville Platte, was arrested on February 7, 2016 for domestic abuse batter. Fontenot was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Samuel T. Gautreaux, 23, 1676 Crooked Creek Pkwy., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 7, 2016 for domestic abuse battery. Gautreaux was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Byron Doucet, 33, 1874 Clement St., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 8, 2016 for driving while intoxicated (DWI) (1st offense) and careless operation. Doucet was released from jail on a $2,000.00 bond. Doucet was released from jail on a $2,000.00 bond.
•Keenan J. Ardoin, 22, 312 East Jackson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 8, 2016 for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and careless operation. Ardoin was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
•Candace M. Parker, 37, 6119 Old Basile Hwy., Eunice, was arrested on February 8, 2016 for domestic abuse battery. Parker was released from jail on a $3,000.00 bond.
•John W. Parker, Jr., 36, 6119 Old Basile Hwy., Eunice, was arrested on February 8, 2016 for domestic abuse battery. Parker was released from jail on a $3,000.00 bond.
•Shaina A. Hanks, 21, 2506 Wilder Rd., Crowley, was arrested on February 9, 2016 by State Police for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, improper lane usage, and speeding. Hanks was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
•Christopher J. Delaney, 22, 206 Charlene Richard Lane, Opelousas, was arrested on February 9, 2016 for distribute/manufacture or possession with intent of schedule I CDS, possession of marijuana, and possession of schedule II. Delany was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Stacey M. Fontenot, 47, 515 Prejean Rd., Carencro, was arrested on February 11, 2016 for aggravated battery. Fontenot was released from jail on a $75,000.00 bond.
•Melinda P. Lafleur, 28, 508 North Reed St., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 11, 2016 for simple escape. Lafleur’s bond was set at $15,000.00.
•Marcus A. Scott, 34, 821 South Beulah St., Eunice, was arrested on February 12, 2016 by State Police for resisting by false information. Scott was released on a $1,500.00 bond.
•Caroline Thomas, 41, 121 3rd St., Mamou, was arrested on February 12, 2016 by State Police for injuring public records and resisting an officer (false information). Scott was released from jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
•Karen M. T. Thomas, 20, 121 3rd St., Mamou, was arrested on February 12, 2016 for no seat belt, resisting arrest, and injuring public records. Thomas was released from jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
•Rebecca S. Mitchell, 35, 1049 Becky Sue 8, Ville Platte, was arrested on February 13, 2016 for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Mitchell was released from jail on a $2,500.00 bond.
•Daniel D. Breaux, 32, 617 Jessie B Rd., Church Point, was arrested on February 13, 2016 by Wildlife and Fisheries for possession of a schedule II (methamphetamine), possession of a schedule II (methadone), illegal possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts). Breaux was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Darrius L. Mitchell, 27, 1831 Marshall Frank Drive, Ville Platte, was arrested on February 13, 2016 for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, possession of a schedule II (PCP), possession of a schedule II (cocaine), remaining after being forbidden, and resisting an officer. Mitchell was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•AnJanetta R. Durgin, 33, 6640 Pine Point Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 13, 2016 for possession of schedule IV CDS (alprazolam). Durgin was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
