Mamou police report 15 recent arrests

MAMOU - The Mamou Police Department reported they made 15 arrests recently.
The following persons were charged:
•Kevin Cavalier, 35, 3300 Mansfield Ave., New Orleans, was charged March 2, with remaining after being forbidden, resisting an officer and simple drunk. Cavalier bonded out of jail the same day.
•John Vidrine, 46, 569 Third St., Mamou, was charged March 4, with domestic abuse battery. Vidrine was transferred to the parish jail.
•Angela Brasseaux. 52. 569 Third St., Mamou, was charged March 4, with domestic abuse battery. Brasseaux was transferred to the parish jail.
•Lamar Green, 36, 108 Antoine St., Ville Platte, was charged March 4, with simple assault, simple burglary and theft. Green was transferred o the parish jail.
•Edwin Rider, 46, 1120 JJ St., Mamou, was charged March 5, with driver must be licensed, domestic abuse battery and introducing contraband into a penal institution. Rider was transferred to the parish jail.
•Nicole R. Roberts, 29, 1111 Rue Jolie Blonde, Mamou, was charged March 4, with distribution of schedule II narcotics. Roberts was transferred to the parish jail.
•Dawn Fontenot, 32, 1112 East St., Apt. C, Mamou, was charged March 6 with distribution of schedule II narcotics. Fontenot was transferred to the parish jail.
•Allen Thomas Jr., 27, 1209 Grace Lane, Mamou, was charged March 6, with distribution of schedule II narcotics. Thomas was transferred to the parish jail.
•Mayfield Tezeno, 905 Pine St., Mamou, was charged March 6, with distribution of schedule II narcotics. Tezeno was transferred to the parish jail.
•Consondria O’Neal, 40, 917 Sixth St., Mamou, was charged March 7, with fighting and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. O’Neal was transferred to the parish jail.
•Ukica O’Neal, 27, 917 Sixth St., Mamou, was charged March 7, with disturbing the peace by fighting and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. O’Neal was transferred to the parish jail.
•Raquel Freeman, 25, 908 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged March 7, with disturbing the peace by fighting and simple battery. Freeman bonded out of jail the same day.
•Keanda Griffin, 20, 908 Ninth St., Mamou, was charged March 7, with disorderly place. Griffin bonded out of jail the same day.
•Taylor O’Neal, 18, 917 Sixth St., Mamou, was charged March 7, with unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling. O’Neal was transferred to the parish jail.
•Brooksie Toups, 53, 1026 Jake Lane, Mamou, was charged March 7, with criminal damage to property, reckless operation and expired driver’s license. Toups was transferred to the parish jail.
