Mamou police report seven recent arrests

The Mamou Police Department reported seven recent bookings into the town jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Teena Austin, 44, 712 Second St., Mamou, was charged February 24, with simple drunk.
•Lisa Garnett, 47, 809 Fifth St., Mamou, was charged February 26, with simple burglary and theft. Garnett was transferred to the parish jail.
•Marcus Arvie, 41, 909 Hickory St., Mamou, was charged February 27, with disturbing the peace by intoxication.
•Arthur Buxton Jr., 22, 219 Oak Hill Lane, Mamou, was charged February 28, with disturbing the peace by fighting and possession of Schedule II.
•Hunter Elliott, 25, 2004 Ball Park Road, Mamou, was charged February 28, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Elliott bonded out of jail the same day.
•Cody Guidry, 34, 322 Rue Jolie Blonde, Mamou, was charged February 29, with remaining after being forbidden, simple criminal trespassing and disturbing the peace by language. Guidry bonded out of jail the next day.
•Brian Robers, 33, 902 East St., Mamou, was chazrged February 29, with driver must be licensed.
