Ville Platte City Court issues bench warrants for November, December

The following individuals failed to appear in the Ville Platte City Court. Bench warrants have been issued by Judge Donald J. Launey Jr./Jonathan C. Vidrine (pro-tem), for these individuals for their failure to appear in court on traffic tickets and other misdemeanor charges for the months of November and December.
•Angelika Fontenot, 607 N. Dossman, Ville Platte, was charged with criminal damage to property and trespassing.
•Brandon Guillory, 503 Garland St., Opelousas, was charged with theft of goods and resisting arrest by flight (two counts).
•Cynthia Thomas, 706 Owen St., Ville Platte, was charged with theft of utilites.
•Dwayne West, 713 Rozas St., Ville Platte, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear.
•Pearline Williams, 1111 W. Hickory St., Ville Platte, was charged with simple battery.
•Shalanda Anderson, 1050 Rachel Drive, Ville Platte, was charged with theft of goods.
•Callon Arvie, 513 Fifth St., Mamou, was charged with battery.
•James Frank, 612 E. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace while intoxicated and resisting arrest by flight.
•Ernest Gobert Jr., 1070 King Blvd., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace and driving under suspension.
•Ladonna Holmes, 1708 13th St., Lake Charles, was charged with no driver’s license.
•Treg Jacko, 1110 Verna St., Apt. 207, Ville Platte, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•William Smith, 113 E. LaSalle St., Ville Platte, was charged with possession of marijuana.
•Ethel Fontenot, 102 Ash St., Ville Platte, was charged with battery.
•Anthony Bias, 1013 Fifth St., Mamou, was charged with resisting arrest and resisting arrest by flight.
•Herbert Durgin, 6640 Pine Point Road, Ville Platte, was charged with remaining after being forbidden.
•Angelika Fontenot, 607 N. Dossman, Ville Platte, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear, disturbing the peace while intoxicated and disturbing the peace.
•Roland Jack Sr., 215 E. Jackson St., Ville Platte, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear.
•Joseph Launey, 1518 Peggy St., Ville Platte, was charged with burnt taillight, failing to use turn signal, driving under suspension, no child restraint and no proof of insurance.
•Antonio Williams, 2449 Opelousas Road, Ville Platte, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear and obstruction of traffic.
•Niechelle Williams, 160 Gilmore Road, Trailer #15, Lake Charles, was charged with theft of goods.
•Courtney Manuel, 1031 Acadian Drive, Ville Platte, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
•Kerney Thomas, 612 Poinciana Ave., Mamou, was charged with speeding.
•Kristina Bias, 1036 Robert F. Kennedy, Ville Platte, was charged with theft of utilities.
•Jamie Dejean, 1501 Hebert Lane, St. Martinville, was charged with expired inspection sticker.
•Brent Jagneaux, 149 Morning Glory Lane, Ville Platte, was charged with open container law and purchase and possession or sale of tobacco.
•Patrick Thomas, 1084 Three Sisters Road, Ville Platte, was charged with DWI (first offense), no driver’s license, careless operation and no insurance.
•Dusty Matte, 1013 Tom Drive, Apt. 1, Ville Platte, was charged with theft of utilities.
•Ernest Stevens, 905 Owen St., Ville Platte, was charged with possession of marijuana and disobeying a stop sign.
•Daniel Young, 218 Young St., Ville Platte, was charged with theft.
•Reniski Fontenot, 229 Lithcote Road, Ville Platte, was charged with theft.
•Jacob Soileau, 3323 Highway 167 North, Ville Platte, was charged with DWI (first offense) and hit and run.
•Jonathan Bias, 1236 W. Live Oak St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace and trespassing.
•Ronnie Griffin, 706 Owen St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace by loud music.
•Dylan Reed, 1025 Acorn Road, Ville Platte, was charged with failing to use turn signal, no license plates, expired driver’s license (90 days or less), expired inspection sticker and possession of marijuana.
•England Williams, 502 N. Fontenot St., Ville Platte, was charged with no driver’s license.
•Presley Thomas, 617 Dr. Carver Drive, Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.
•Eddie Wayne Seriale, 1202 W. Cypress St., Ville Platte, was charged with domestic abuse battery.
•Brandon Leday, 1720 Kembo St., Ville Platte, was charged with child desertion (five counts), domestic abuse battery, threatening a public official and disturbing the peace.
•Rodrecus Anderson, 1021 C.J. Ave., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace while intoxicated and remaining after being forbidden.
•Constance Calvin, 1214 Martin Luther King Drive, Ville Platte, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
