Ville Platte Police Department reports five arrests

The Ville Platte Police Department reported five arrests recently.
Arrested were the following:
•Willie Jones, 25, 912 W. Long St., Ville Platte, was charged December 8, with criminal damage to property. Jones was released on a $700 bond.
•Lance Fontenot, 34, 319 E. Pine St., Ville Platte, was charged December 11, with driving under suspension and driving with no insurance. Fontenot was released on a $750 bond.
•Robert Drummer, 41, 2308 Stone Wood, Ville Platte, was charged December 10, with no reflective gear and littering. Drummer was released on a $1,200 bond.
•Daniel Frank, 51, 374 Theophile Road, Ville Platte, was charged December 13, with no driver’s license. Frank was released on a $200 bond.
•Avery Wilson, no age given or address given, was charged December 15, with simple battery and resisting an officer (three counts). Wilson was released on a $2,750 bond.
