Ville Platte Police Department reports seven arrests

The Ville Platte Police Department reported seven arrests recently.
Arrested were the following:
•Ronald Ardoin, 53, 125 E. Jefferson St., Ville Platte, was charged April 28, with disturbing the peace. Ardoin was released on a $200 bond.
•Bryan Leday, 38, 1056 Rachael Drive, Ville Platte, was charged April 28, with disturbing the peace. Leday was released on a $200 bond.
•Anastacia Lastrapes, 18, 702 Leo St., #2, Opelousas, was charged April 30, with theft of goods. Lastrapes was released on a $1,000 bond.
•Allen Frank, 39, no address given, was charged April 30, with theft. Frank remained incarcerated on a $500 bond.
•Rodney Freeman, 55, 411 Rozas St., Ville Platte, was charged May 2, with disturbing the peace by intoxication and open container. Freeman remained incarcerated on a $400 bond.
•Jermaine Larnette, 37, 1408 Martin Luther King Drive, Ville Platte, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer and public intoxication. Larnette remained incarcerated on a $3,400 bond.
•Derek Lecompte, 33, 1222 Cherbourge St., Opelousas, was charged May 2, with driver must be licensed, failure to report an accident, resisting an officer, careless operation, no registration and no insurance. Lecompte was released on a $6,800 bond.
