Evangelizing through nature

Christians are called by God to spread the good news of the Gospels. This process called evangelization has taken many forms throughout the life of the Church. A local author has found a new avenue of this through a children’s book.

Now, the Junior tight end can honestly say that he has become one of the wise old mentors, ready to give advice to any younger player that seeks it out.

ICE detainee escapes from Pine Prairie prison

On Sunday, an ICE detainee escaped from GEO Group’s Pine Prairie prison facility.
In a release from GEO Group, it stated that “two ICE detainees attempted to escape,” however only one was successful.
