After a long season of offensive woes and lack of production, the Mamou Green Demons ended their season with a 51-7 loss to the Kinder Yellow Jackets.
Kinder’s Austin Pickle connected four times for passes in the game. Three out of the four went for six points. Kinder (9-1, 5-0) is the District 4-2A champion and should get a good seed in the Class 2A playoffs.
Mamou’s Aaron Johnson scored the lone touchdown for the Demons. He made the most of his one-yard run for a score.
Mamou ends the season with a 1-9 record overall and an 0-5 record in district.
