EPSO Arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 12 recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Samson R. Robinson, 37, 195 Ave. A, Opelousas, was arrested on June 29, 2016 for monetary instrument abuse (felony). Robinson was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Eric V. Anderson, 34, 412 Railroad St., Mamou, was arrested on July 30, 2016 for obstruction of justice, destroying evidence, resisting arrest by flight, assaulting an officer, and possession of a schedule II CDS (pcp). Anderson’s bond was set at $35,000.00.
• Casey R. Snoke, 20, 1315 Second St., Pine Prairie, was arrested on July 1, 2016 for simple battery. Snoke was released form jail on a $500.00 bond.
• Shannon R. Ardoin, 27, 909 W. Jefferson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on July 1, 2016 for cyberstalking (felony). Ardoin was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
• James A. Cesar, 25, 1410 Saint Mary St., Elton, was arrested on July 1, 2016 for wreckless operation, no seat belt, and interfering with the duties of an officer. Cesar was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Jason P. Guillory, 41, 2911 Kenneth St., Ville Platte, was arrested on July 1, 2016 for failure to report the commission of certain felonies. Guillory was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Denise L. Roberts, 42, 1807 Megan Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested on July 1, 2016 for possession of a schedule IV CDS, prohibited acts/drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespassing. Roberts’ bond was set at $25,000.00.
• Anthony M. Freeman, 29, 1101 Railroad Ave., Mamou, was arrested on July 4, 2016 for simple possession of marijuana (first), distribution/manufacture or possession with the intent of a schedule II (two counts), no safety belt use, and driving under suspension. Freeman was released from jail on a $17,000.00 bond.
• Dwight J. Broussard, 62, 1035 Spirit Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested on July 4, 2016 for molestation of a juvenile or person with physical mental disabilities, indecent behavior with a juvenile, oral sexual battery, and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile (two counts). Broussard’s bond was set at $130,000.00.
• Teddy T. Arvie, 36, 2445 1st St., Ville Platte, was arrested on July 4, 2016 for resisting a police officer with force or violence and public intimidation. Arvie’s bond has been set at $100,000.00.
• Elizabeth R. Auxilien, 30, 620 9th St., Mamou, was arrested on July 5, 2016 for accessory after the fact to 2nd degree murder. Auxilien was released from jail on a $325,000.00 bond.
• London D. Robinson, 27, 501 W. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on July 5, 2016 for taking of contraband to or from a penal institution. Robinson’s bond has been set at $35,000.00.
