VPPD Arrests

The Ville Platte Police Department reported nine recent bookings into the city jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Jermaine Larnette, 40, 1612 Kembo, Ville Platte, was arrested on April 27, 2017, for Theft and remains incarcerated on a $500.00 bond.
• Rudolph Andrus, 30, 516 E. Jackson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on April 30, 2017, for Criminal Damage to Property and Domestic Abuse Battery and is out on a $1700.00 bond.
• Spencer William, 28, 707 Young St., Ville Platte, was arrested on May 2, 2017, for Criminal Trespass and Theft and is out on a $1000.00 bond.
• Kirby Simon, 41, 608 E. Jackson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on May 5, 2017, for Simple Battery and is out on a $1000.00 bond.
• Cary Lee, 47, 4414 Opelousas Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on May 5, 2017, for Simple Battery and is out on a $1000.00 bond.
• Tevin Thomas, 24, 109 Sylvester, Ville Platte, was arrested on May 8, 2017, for Resisting an Officer, Remaining After Being Forbidden, and Disturbing the Peace by Fighting and remains incarcerated on a $1450.00 bond.
• Kiara Calvin, 22, 109 Sylvester, Ville Platte, was arrested on May 8, 2017, for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting and is out on a $200.00 bond.
• Javonte Ardoin, 17, 707 E. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on May 8, 2017, for Simple Battery and is out on a $1000.00 bond.
• Kelogah Calvin, 18, 626 Court St., Ville Platte, was arrested on May 9, 2017, for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting and is out on a $200.00 bond.
