Lesester Ardoin

Funeral services will be held for Lesester Ardoin, 75, of Ville Platte at Ninth Baptist Church in Ville Platte at 7 p.m., Sunday, December 22. Interment will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, December 23, in the Ninth Baptist Church Cemetery in Ville Platte.
Mr. Ardoin died Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ville Platte.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth Lee Ardoin (Carlene) of Ville Platte; one daughter, Alfredia A. Guillory (Henry) of Pearland, Texas; two sisters, Linda Faye Fontenot (Kenneth) of Ville Platte and Ruby Nell Graham of Baton Rouge; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Ardoin; one son, Glenn Corey Ardoin; and four brothers, Curtis Ardoin, Gervis Ardoin, Leander Ardoin and Milton Ardoin.
Visiting hours will be observed from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., today, December 22, at Ninth Baptist Church in Ville Platte.
Rev. Darwan Lazard will officiate.
