Funeral services for Michael Wayne Hazelton will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2017 at the Rush Chapel in Pine Prairie with Elder Reuben Clark, Pastor Darwan Lazard and Reverend Jacob Vollm officiating. Interment will follow in Turkey Creek Cemetery.
Hazelton, 59, of Turkey Creek, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in Mercy Regional Medical Center, Ville Platte.
Rush Funeral Home in Oakdale is in charge of arrangements.
