VILLE PLATTE-Funeral services for Minister Willard Ray LaFleur, 62, will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 7 p.m. with the visitation beginning at 5 p.m.. at Ninth Missionary Baptist Church in Ville Platte. Burial will be in Ninth Baptist Missionary Church Cemetery in Ville Platte on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 10 a.m. Rev. Darwan Lazard will conduct the funeral service.
LaFleur passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
Mourning his departure, yet cherishing his memories are his son, Sid O’ Hara LaFleur (Vanessa); four step-children, Corey, Russell Jr., Dwight, and Angel George; one brother, Phillip Morell LaFleur; two grandchildren, Kevon and Javon LaFleur; 12 step-grandchildren; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
