Winston Fontenot

Funeral services were held for Winston Fontenot, 88, of Ville Platte, at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 10 a.m., Monday, December 16. Burial followed in the New St. Ann’s Mausoleum in Mamou.
Mr. Fontenot died Friday, December 13, 2013, at his residence.
Survivors include his daughter-in-law, Karen Buller Fontenot of Ville Platte; and five grandchildren, Grant, Jennifer, Brad, Victoria and Colleen Fontenot, all of Ville Platte.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ettavee Smith; his parents, Jean B. Fontenot and Evela Duos Fontenot; one son, John David Fontenot; one sister, Grace Fontenot Ardoin; and one brother, Nelson Fontenot.
Father Mitchell Guidry officiated.
