COURTHOUSE MOVES . . . As reported in recent weeks, construction should be starting soon on the courthouse annex to be located on the lot behind the courthouse (across St. Martin Street from the Law Enforcement Center/Jail).<!--break--> When completed, the building will house the offices of the assessor, clerk of court and registrar of voters. Once these agencies move into the new facility, a major renovation of the old courthouse will begin, converting the entire structure into a judicial complex housing
