Mr. Gallow, Miss Sampson plan nuptials for June 6

The engagement of Miss Jamiee Lynn Sampson to Mr. Sidney Paul Gallow II, the son of Sidney Gallow Sr. and Margaret Gallow of Mamou and the late Pastor Louhilda Gallow, has been announced by her parents, Rosa and Hillman Richard Sr. of Ville Platte and James and Amanda Sampson of Mansura.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Saturday, June 6, 2015, during a 6 p.m. ceremony at the Northside Civic Center in Ville Platte.
Miss Sampson, whose mother is the former Rosa Francisco of Ville Platte, is the granddaughter of the late Leota Francisco and the late John Francisco Jr.
A 2010 graduate of Ville Platte High School, she attended SLCC in Ville Platte and is now a certified medical assistant. She is currently employed with Dr. Charles Aswell III’s office.
Mr. Gallow is the grandson of the late Pastor Tillman Ardoin and the late Lillie Bell Ardoin.
A graduate of Ville Platte High School, he is currently employed as a processor/unloader with the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Opelousas.
