Mamou police report four recent arrests

The Mamou Police Department reported four recent bookings into the town jail.
Arrested were the following persons:
•Shamie D. Rider, 22, 224 Austin St., Youngsville, was charged March 1, with unauthorized entry of an inhabited and aggravated criminal damage to property. Rider was transferred to the parish jail.
•Chad Richard, 32, 1100 Rue Jolie Blonde, Mamou, was charged March 2, with remaining after being forbidden. Richard remained in jail at press time.
•Christopher Fontenot, 29, 412 Pine St., Mamou, was charged March 1, with domestic abuse battery and aggravated battery. Fontenot was transferred to the parish jail.
•Kimberly Williams, 28, 3454 Fair Wood St., Baton Rouge, was charged March 3, with simple battery. Williams remained in jail at press time.
